deca and test cycle

iam taking 300mg's a week of deca and 250mg's a week of test enan do i need to take anything when i come off somebody told me no because iam not taking that many miligrams a week this is my first cycle and iam 25 years old i could use some good advice thanks

You should always do some type of PCT especially with a test, deca cycle which will shut you down badly. Go to the PCT forum to find out what protocol to follow.

First you need to up your test a week, You should always take more test than deca, or you could get deca dick. I would do something like 500 test and 300 deca. Or 375 test and 200 deca. Always more test than deca.

this is VERY true bro.. you dont want the dreaded DD.
All it takes is 100 mg of deca and it can start to shut you down..Also, Id Run nolvadex @ 20mg/ed from the start of your cycle. Better safe than sorry....
