yeah check this out
its an substance thats injected directly into the muscle, making it larger. do some serious research on this before considering it, this can be pretty horrible stuff!

Their was a very good post by 'Big A' regarding Synthol. However, I cant find it. He says all those guys in those pics arnt using Synthol, their implants. I'll carry on looking. Its a very informative thread.
