    Nolv and nothing else?

    just wondering what the effect(s) would be if a person only took an anti-e and no gear. Would there be any benefit to having a lower estrogen count in your body?

    Mainly, it can help reduce estrogenic fat deposits, but Nolva should not be your first choice IMO.

    So would this be something you could use to aid in cutting? And what would be your first choice?

    Yes, for cutting. Best anti-e for cutting IMO is Liquidex.
