PLEASE help???
I've spent the last 2 days almost non-stop reading post after post on this site. I must say, this is a VERY helpful site! I posted my 1st day on here about how to get started, but now i feel foolish with what i asked. I'm 25, 6', 155 and work out about 3 times a week. I was just assuming i could jump right into the whole thing, but i see thats not the best/healthiest choice. After what i've researched the last couple days, i'm thinking about starting my 1st cycle with Test E @ 500mg twice a week for 10-12 weeks with Nolva @ 10mg daily for the length of the cycle. 2 weeks after my last shot, start PCT. I was thinking Clomid @ 100mg for 4 weeks.
ANY advice on that would be great.....BUT...
Before i even start and AS I have a few questions.
1. I want to get my weight up and my diet fixed. Could someone please advise me on how often and how long i should work out?
2. what a good Protein/calorie/fat/carb intake would be?
3. What Vitamins/supplements work best? (I was thinking 200 mg of B6 daily)
4. Is there something I can take to increase appetite

i think you should try to gain more naturally before jumping on a cycle. Improve your diet. If you cant gain natually, then you wont get much out of steroids and will most likely lose most of your gains b/c you dont know how to eat properly.

On the appetite question; From personal experience Vitamin B Complex works well for me. I believe B12 is also an appetite promoter.

Thanks for the help with the appetite promoter. And the main point of my post was to get some input on what i can do naturally before i start any cycle. I only put my thoughts on the cycle to see if it will be a good idea, WHEN i do start, but i have no plans on starting till my weight is up some and my eating/work out routine is up to par

Whatever you do , don't get on the juice.
Make a good diet/workout plan , give that a go for 4 more years and see how you've progressed. After those years if you feel you still need to juice, atleast then you will be more ready than you are now.

"Is there something I can take to increase appetite"
Eat .....eat again....eat some more. After awhile of stuffing your face your stomach will stretch and make it easier to eat larger meals.(well mine has atleast)
Protein shakes are good, creatine might help you as well.

man i would say like 2 but the thing is its not really about length. its until you absolutely know everything there is to know to prevent bad things from happening and do everything properly hint: RESEARCH, and keep working out and take advatange of ur young age and lift till you get a plateau that is absolutely no overcoming it..

I would think a solid base would be around 185-200lbs.
He has to know how to get bigger naturally before he gets on aas or he would just lose all his gains post cycle.

i understand ur point by telling him 4 years, i think we are both on the same page. i was just trying to give him an idea of how much you were emphasizing to not start and take full advantage of ur natural potential..

bro to be honest, if u follow proper routines and diet, in the long run you might not even want to go on gear bc u did it naturally, and those are permanent. no sides nothing man, thats priceless..no reason not to u know.
