Just looking for some guidance.

I just started a very clean diet and cardio.
I'm looking to lean up and gain about 10lbs of muscle.

With the fat that my muscles will burn combined with cardio and a good diet I think I can lose 10lbs of fat and gain it back in muscle.

What do you guys think?

I plan on starting Test E next Monday.

What would you recomend as far as dosage per shot, per wk. How many weeks.

I know to start my PCT 14 days after my last shot.
