Its all about the pct(POST CYCLE THEAPY)
Usually we use nolva and clomid
clomid helps keep most of your gains
Proper nutrition and continued dedication to the workouts helps keep gains, but yes, proper PCT is absolutely necessary.
Many have used creatine to help in this regard. But remember, creatine also causes you to hold water. You may continue to look fuller, but the gains stay because of nutrition and lifting!
u can use clen whith ur pct it works as anti catabolic

Yeah, use HCG during your cycle.
Clomid 100mg and nolva 20mg are the general recommendation.
You could also use nolva at 40mg, by itself.
These are generally run ED for 4 weeks.

no clomid and nolva ar not available in a normal store nor will anything in those stores act as a suitable substitute. check ARR for those.

Just to let you guys know nolvadex is becoming outdated and I recommend using just clomid instead which is all that is really needed following a basic cycle unless your estrogen levels get out of hand then I recommend arimidex which is far more effective then nolva.
I have read little bit about hcg, i'm not sure exactly how to use it during a cycle though. How also, how difficult is it to get a hold of and is it verry expensive.

Definitely don't know why anybody would want to use clen after a bulking cycle.. if it was a cutting cycle it would sound fine to me though.
clen defionetly helps me keep gains and work out harder.. some1 here mentioned the right diet.. can he specify a lil? I believe that calorie restriction in PCT will diminish the gains kept BUT keeping em up will result in increase of fat (to me atleast)
i'm currently running clen during PCT for the first time. so far iv held onto 15lbs solid from my 18wkr. also running nolva/clomid at 20/100mgs. the clen also helps keep my energy up during the day. good stuff for PCT imo.
