If you only have a limited supply, dont cycle. That simple.

8 weeks of Sust isnt taking full advantage of all its esters. It needs to be run for 10+ weeks and EQ needs to be run longer, 12+ weeks.

Go 10 weeks w/ the sus. If this is a first cycle I don't see a problem w/ 500 sus per week.

gained 50 pounds



so if i fix to

sust. 500/wk for 12 wk
EQ 500/wk for 12 wk

would be good?
