Hey guys, just wonderin how you should take this while on cycle of test E ?

every morning and night ?


also i need something that will try and keep gains what is your best ideas ?

I don't use either during cycle unless problems arise. Then I stick with 10 mg. Nolva in the morning.

As for keeping your gains. Good diet and training will give you the best results.

just wonderin if its a good idea to use proviron and nolvadex while on cycle jsut to be extra safe ?

or is that a good idea ?

plus if i have some gyno now will it go away if i use nolvadex?... or is that a dumb question ahha i dont know
