    Clen & T3 Question

    So I'm about 8% BF, weigh 180, and im almost 21. i am consuming a little over 2000 calories a day with a break down of percentages of
    pro/carb/fat... (around) 50/30/15.
    ((how much clen and T3 should i use ED(everyday) or EW(everyweek) and for how long)) to get down to about 5% BF? I will be using the stuff off of AR-R...
    Clen comes in a 30 mL bottle with 200 mcg/mL.
    T3 also comes in a 30 mL bottle with 200 mcg/mL as well.
    My diet is good and I will up my cals slightly when i start this because im pretty sure that's how it works. any info would be greatly appreciated.

    I would have tweaked your diet before anything. Simply seperating macros and mealtimes might have given you what you were looking for.

    If you are going to go the T3/Clen route just be ready to lose some muscle. Without the precense of a strong AS in your system T3 is very catabolic. If you are going to go through with this I would consider running some propinate to prevent catabolism.

    Excellent advice. I have never run T3 without a AS before, but have heard that you it can be pretty catabolic. It depends on you and if that is something that you are willing to give up for a harder look.

    I would look more into diet than anything. Most things can be adjusted there if you have some time to wait for the results.

    so what would you say that "tweak" should be, and (what is this AS you are talking about?) im not doing it yet but thats why im wanting this great advice guys, thanks a lot.

    my diet is good, i do seperate my macros every meal is either pro/carb or pro/fat.
    and i tailor my carbs around my workouts,
    on training days i eat them only before and after workouts.
    on off days i have them when i wake up and another midday, mainly veggies, oats, and rice.
    i think my dite is pretty solid, and i have lost about 8 pounds in around 6 weeks, so i think my diet and cardio are good, but now im looking for that added boost to drop my percentage a little lower.
    any additional info would be great, again thanks...

    Here are a few other suggestions..

    ECA stack-Ephedra Caffine Asprin This will help burn some fat.

    Cardio- Try doing cardio first thing on an empty stomach or adding another cardio day each week (Have 10grams of glutamine before the session)

    BTW-AAS=Anabolic Androgenic steroids.

    yeah i use the ECA half hour before my a.m. cardio on empty,
    i know what AAS is, but you said AS, so were you saying i should use T3/clen with another steroid... such as test or something?

    I would run the clen/T3 with some propinate. It's a fast acting ester and water retention will be at a minimum.
