3rd cycle help please
ok here it is it will be my 3rd cycle 6'2" 220lbs 39 yrs
cycle
week 1-4 Dbol @ 30 mg per day
week 1-12 Test E 500 Mg per week
week 1-12 EQ @500 mg per week
week 10-15 Var @ 80 mg per day
pct
workout
4days per week
monday chest/shoulders/abs
tuesday back/legs/abs
wednesday OFF
thursday arms/abs
friday chest/shoulders/abs
sat/sun OFF
any ideas for changes will be nice
I want to put on lean mass not a bulk cycle last cycle was a bulk went from 218lbs to 240lbs

The cycle is decent but your training schedule isnt that great. You're training your arms the day before your chest and shoulders, which isnt the best idea as you are exhausting your tri's the day prior to some heavy secondary work. You're also working to major muscle groups together with back and legs which I wouldnt recommend. Also what would the reason be for prioritizing your chest and shoulders over the rest of your body?
