Histamine receptors (Benadryl contains a histamine antagonist) and adrenergic receptors are not related in any way shape or form. Few if any will ever believe this in the body building world, but what can you do.
The only way to get your receptors back into shape, is TIME OFF. Nothing else

apparently, the diphenhydramine actually blocks "cant-remember-what-it-is-called" which causes the down-regulation. No, im not thinking of clen

Keto is MUCH stronger then diphenhydramine, and is the better choice.
