    Test and Clotting Question

    Does test affest blood clotting in any way? I posted a few weeks back about breaking my ankle in early cycle and I've been working through it. Anyway, I rolled it AGAIN'!!!!!!!!!!!! and it's black from toes to mid shin. Any thouights?

    No I'm Not

    I ran out about a wek ago and have been taking more flax instead. Guess I'm off to the Vitamin Store! I'll try to get a good pic of it. It's nasty looking but no pain. I did deads and squats yesterday with no problem.

    Looking better.

    So if it doesn't hurt and looks like this would y'all still do squats?

    Although it's looking better, the tibia hurts like sh*t. I'll see an ortheopeadist this monday.
