Drinking a gallon or more of water, and pissing every 5 minutes
After drinking more than a gallon of water a day, how do you stay at work without going to the bathroom and urinating every 10 minutes?... I seriously take at least 20-25 pisses a day ever since I have started to drink a gallon or more of water...its annoying, and at night, i wake up at least times to piss. Pretty soon Im going to just carry a bucket around and piss in it everywhere I go...

HAHAHAHAHAHA, you should try drinking and eating bodybuilding volumes of food and liquid and commuting 3 - 4 hours per day through London. Its the best dieting strategy i have encountered so far. You are just afraid to eat or drink for fear of pissing yourself on the tube.

i am right there with you, as with the rest of the guys. It's just something you have to deal with. I get up 2-3 times a night as well when i am sleeping to take a piss.

Its common as everyone has stated, but your prostate is probably swollen. Which should keep you on your toes in that area. Get the blood work or straight up digital exam to make sure its cool.

Yea, when I started I had to go like every hour at work. I have to walk through pretty much the entire office building to go to the bathroom, and I know the nearest co-workers know something is up. It's kinda awkward at first but if you gotta piss, you gotta piss!

Think of it more like a game, see how long you can go until you piss yourself. You'd be amazed on how long you can actually hold it until it squirts down your leg.

It needs to come out somehow, and unless you do something to make yourself sweat, urinating is the only way. Its perfectly fine to be urinating that much

the amount of H2o intake one should consume depends upon which products they are using. some require more water intake than others...
