First Cycle with Deca/Cyp

I have just started my first cycle with Deca/Cyp.

I was wondering if a 21 gauge 1 1/2 inch needle is good?
Should I warm up the vials before shooting to reduce the pain?
Is Armidex the best to take during the cycle and Clomid at the end?
And after shooting is it good to go for a short walk or sit and relax?

No, you don't have to heat up the vials

Yes, that syringe size is fine
Yes, arimedex is fine during the cycle as a anti-estrogen. take it Eod
Clomid is good for pct, usually taken two Ed for the first week and one Ed for the next two or three weeks.

Don't walk around or stand after injecting for around 24hrs.....Lol, j/k you can walk sit, stand, or shit, whatever you want to do.

1. the needle is sufficient but you could get away w/ using something smaller. I use 25 gauge for everything. 1" in the glutes and 5/8" for the rest. but what you have will work just fine.
2. warming up the vials will help you get it out quicker but w/ a 21 guage needle that isn't really an issue.
3. don't think you need armidex w/ the numbers your running. clomid 2 weeks after your last inject
4. doesn't matter
one more thing, run the test a little longer than the deca, at least a week.
