Most serms and AI's work great to reduce bloat.

Depends on your diet and overall cycle. There are many different routes to take from SERMS to AI"s. As stated 40mgs is a high dose IMO. Generally speaking I've seen many run 50mgs Proviron and 20mgs Nolvadex with great success.......

I for one am going to run 20mgs of Aromasin throughout my cutter. But its pricey and not that easy to find.....

Run one of the more effective AI's like Letro, L-Dex or Aromasin. Letro being the most effective one of the three. Proviron could be used also, but isnt as effective, from my research, as others.

Or as Jay said, an AI in conjuction with a SERM.
