Okay, this is what I've come up with. Please Critique. I weigh 195; age 22; work out about 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule; daily calorie intake of about 3k.
On-Cycle
Week 1: 10mg/day SD
Week 2: 20mg/day SD
Week 3: 20mg/day SD
Week 4: 30mg/day SD
While on this cycle; will have pro-liver; vitamin c; COQ-10; Multi-Vitamin; VB6; Red Yeast Rice; 250g Protein;
Week 1: 40mg nolva; 600 6-oxo; 2-3 pills of Rebound XT / Day
Week 2: Same as week 1
Week 3: 20mg Nolva; 300 6-oxo; 1-2 pills of Rebound XT / Day
Week 4: 10mg Nolva; Same oxo and rebound
While doing cell-tech to help keep the gains.
And I'll add more as I remember and read up. I am curious how I can expand this into a 10-12 week cycle. I don't want to go over 4 weeks on SD. So I hope to increase the to about 6 weeks.
