When to take Nolva and Clomid?

Hi there, I am doing a Cyp and Deca cycle and was wondering when in the day to take Nolvadex for during the cycle?

By that, I mean... should I take it all at once, in the morning, before bed, with a meal, on an empty stomach?

Same thing for the Clomid for PCT, when in the day would I take it?

Does not matter,but if its liquid form id have something to wash it down with as it tastes like shit.
