Starting Cycle Of Test - How to Shoot?

I'm 190 lbs, 29 yrs old, 6ft.

I'm starting my 12 Cycle of Test E on Monday.

I planned on taking 500mgs a week. Should I brake this up into 2 shots. If so what days do you suggest. Also, should I shoot in my ass.

Also, I have nolvadex . I'm going to take 20mg a day for the entire cycle

You don't really seem ready to use AS...
If you are going to do it, I would take 250MG of the Test E every 3 days... I would also start the novaldex 2 weeks after your Test E cycle, and take 20mg a day from there.

week 1-12 500 mg test e every 3.5 days
nolva from week 3 10 mg is enough but if u r prone 2 gyno u can go higher
pct after 2 weeks of last test shoot

personally, id suggest starting the nolva the day of your first shot, and continuing it through pct. better safe than sorry. btw, shooting every 3 days is better than once a week.
