What do you guys think of this, First inject cycle 185 9%bf 5,10 ...23 years old

weeks 1-8 Dbol 30mg a day /BD
weeks 1-8 Deca 200mg a week /norma
weeks 1-pct Nolvadex/BD
pct after 8 for 4 weeks 10mg a day

first inject cycle, do i look good from here, im 10 weeks off gear is there a better options of injects then deca, im bulking

That cycle sucks. 8 weeks of dbol is too long, your deca dose is way to low, and you dont have any testosterone. Is this your first cycle?

there are a few different ones... I would run sustanon for a first timer....
