Proper PCT/Diet solidifies gains...drugs at cycle end do not.
If anyone has any clinical studies to support that theory/myth..please post them up.

I agree 100% with pinn.... pct and diet are the key to keeping as much of your gains as possible... keep your cals up, and get your nuts up and running as fast as possible...

At the same time, Ive read tons of threads on cycles where there is winny, or var or something else at the end of the cycle to help with this... I would imagine it must help somewhat, otherwise why would it always be included?

their is nothing called solidifing bcoz any gains can b lost easily but drugs like winny gives the muscles the solid & veiny look

i kno pct is needed
i am just speaking on coming out of a cycle weighing 240 but then slimming down to 225 a month later, less water weight, more end of cycle strength being that u will lose some strength
what would be best

From the clen profile, I gathered that in using clen you adjust the lean mass to fat mass ratio of your body, and apparently this helps your body keep gains from a cycle because it gets used to the new mass it carries and homeostasis adjusts accordingly. That is, your body becomes more efficient at carrying the extra muscle mass and is less likely to shed it, as it would in a natural situation because it's inefficient for a human body to have huge muscle mass. Remember, your body will always do what's cheapest on energy for iteslf, and it's energetically costly to have lots and lots of muscle; just more mouths to feed.
I could be wrong in this though.
