I have a powerlifting contest in 4 weeks. Ive been doing 1 cc of Test Cyp a week. I was told i should ramp up. Should I inject 2 x a week for best results? or just do 2 cc's 1 time a week?

i think test c is not suitable for quick strength gains test suspension is better
