I am currently 19. I have had about 3-4 names throughout the years, but i have been active in these forums since i was 16. in fact, you guys talked me out of cycling about 3 times. i wasnt an obnoxious one, i came to the table partially knowledgable each time and was very agreeable on your advice that you had to give.
I got da base if ya know what im sayin. my corelifts are these. bench 300 for 7 reps, squat parrellell-400 for 6, but i only go ass to grass now so my load is lighter, deadlift 405 for 8. I have been stuck dieting down now for a while but i feel i will come out at 210 pounds at 12%bf at a height of 5'8.5-5'9 I will be 20 soon, a few more months to go.
This is my plan basically. i am thinkin of doing my first cycle when i turn 21. ONly do 1 cycle that year. and stay clean until i am 23. When i am 23, i will start cycling only once per year. when i hit my 30's to mid 30's, then i may go twice per year or what ever i feel neccessary. I dont plan on ever going on year round or competing, but i still want to make it and be elite.
you guys that have been around the block and are now 40's and 50's years old and have cycled in a similar manner that i plan on. Will you be stuck on HRT for the rest of your lives. Hows your blood work? good or bad, (dont know all the technicalities). any regrets? any negatives?
edit- i would like to take the next year to perfect diet so i dont have any uncharted territory.
ps. as far as drug use goes, i cant even put into words how lucky i was to be able to receive your advice when i was 16 and 17 so i didnt **** myself up
