    shot/timming question

    OK,
    I am on week 4 now, I will be going on a trip out of state on week 6. I will be able to get my monday dose but on thursday I will be out of state. Im running first cylce of test e 250 @ 500 weekly, monday and thursday. Should I double up on monday, or not take it and just wait till the following monday? I could maybe take it with me but I would rather not, however if it will mess anything up with my gains/weight I will take it, whats you advice on this

    Just skip a shot and continue on the following monday, it shouldn't effect you that much

    I will be leaving tuesday morning, like 5 am. I get them done monday nights. and thrusday nights. I will be back the following monday.

    Test E 500 elevates blood levels for about 8 days. That said, a shot a week would suffice but we use two shots a week to maintain ideal blood levels which reduces side effects. Thus, "yes" is the answer to both of your proposals. Double up (500), then skip the next 250 dose. Ahh, the beauty of the long ester.

    u can skip it or double it no prob with long esters at all

    thanks I think I will double up...Im just started week 4 and its killing me, I have had no change I wished I would start to see something this week...

    O one more question, I will double my shot on that monday, 500 test e. I will be doing it in my shoulder, should I do 250 in right and 250 in left or just put 2cc in one arm, thanks

    Personally I would do both shoulders. 2cc is a lot for one shoulder IMo. Glutes would be even better

    stick too your legs and glutes. Start using the delts, pecks, etc when you are doing eod or everyday shots

    seeing as this is your first cycle, i would keep the injection volume as low as possible until you get used to the bigger ones. i remember on my firts cycle a few years back my first injection was 3 ml. i did it all in my quad. couldn't hardly walk for the next 2 days. now days i try not to go above 2 cc's in one spot if i don't have to. cutting the shots into two even ones also helps maintain blood levels a little better.

    Ya I will be training while im away for sure!! There is a gym right next door to my hotel., Someone said to not do my shoulders, to do my quads and something else, why is that. ITs really easy in my shoulders, well i have someone else do it for me Whats the difference, I can do it somewhere else I just have not.

    I agree with the big Hosam... Long esters are easy like that.

    Just keep that diet and lifting in check!

    Follow your regular routine, as close as you can. If you skip shoulders a week due to travel, you skip shoulders. Remember, you are on a long term plan here.

    Though, be creative, there are plenty of exercise that you can do in hotel room with only body weight.

    Also hotels tend to have pools and hot tubs, both of which are great for stressed out muscles!

    Swimming is AWESOME cardio! Hot tubs are fantastic for relaxing muscles. Remember, you don't build muscles while lifting, you build them while eating and resting!

    very true, I am not getting enough sleep, and I know that is hurting me. I need to find a way to sleep more. Question on rest, lets say monday I do chest, is it ok tuesday and so on to stretch out that sore muscle? I stretch out alot, even the sore ones. Or should I just let it do its thing,
