cycle advice
What do you guys think of this as a bulker
Anapolon 50-50mg ED-WK-1-4
Test suspension 50mg EOD-WK-1-4
Sust 500mg a WK-WKS-1-12
Nolvadex 20mg EOD-wks-1-12

Is this your first cycle ? How olds are you ? What is your workout experince?

As a bulker I'd change around a couple of things. If asking for yourself then flip back to Kales questions. After those are answered we can commnet on if this is right for you.

Thats a lot of juice for 168 lbs bud. Are you eating and working out or just juicing ?

I am eating loads fella. been training for 2year now. Getting bored of sust mate ( Just heard that it will give me a good kick. My weight always seems to fluctuate and its annoying.

You wont do what I'm going to recommened but I'll list it anyway. Scratch the use of AAS and build a foundation. After you feel you have built the foundation then you can start working on the house. What's going to happend if you build a house without a foundation? In due time it will crash. Hence your fluctuating weight.........

12.00pm-lunch(wotever is on offer)
2.00pm-sandwich
4.00pm-weight gainer(b4 workout)
6.00pm-tin of tuna(afta workout)
8.00pm-supper
10.00pm sandwich b4 bed
3.00am weight gainer

50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

I like this diet as well. What are the macro ratios on it Kale? I'm feeling lazy, not in the mood to do the math..............
