Well water isnt the problem b/c you said you're drinking like a fish. Roughly how much water are you drinking?

Sometimes when peoples muscles cramp or fall asleep it can be related to tight muscles. Tight muscles can and will lead to poor circulation. Stretching isnt something most do and IMO is crucial. Do you stretch at all?

Sometimes when you drink too much water your mineral balance gets skewed. Try some Taurine. Also suppliment potassium, bannanas, V8, etc.
