    Reduce Water Retention

    I'm starting a 12 wk cycle of Test at at 250mgs every 3.5 days.

    I need to cut down my water retention. My diet will be low in sodium.

    I will be on Nolvadex but from what I understand this will not help retention.

    Any suggestions and will I be able to pick it up through the site that this site promotes.

    You can try taking an AI like arimidex or letro to greatly cut down on water retention.
