is there anything that i can do to help allergy. i get a mild hardness and redness from shots all the time. its light and consistent. if i take antibiotics right before the shot i dont get anything but is there something else that i can do

like a trick or anything, im not sure if i am allergic to gear or i get infected. cause it seems that its the soft tissue in my arm that gets affected. like the fat inbetween my delt and my bicep/upper tricep you know, not really the muscle at all. any suggestions?

Are you sure you're hitting a muscle? If an allergy try some benadryl

yeah im pretty sure im hitting the muscle, i put it dead center into the delt. i have big delts so if i wanted i could bury the 1 1/2 inches no problem
im sure its in the muscle

i should have mentioned that im asking cause im allergic to anti-histamines, it makes me break out in hives

I get the same thing and usually dissapears three days later. Don't see what the problem is why don't you just leave it alone and it will go away.

On the serious note you stated that antibio's help. How long have you been on them prior to your shot? Or are you saying that you take them just before and you are good to go. How long does the redness last? What are you using? How long have u been using it?

only get red when i shoot there, only take anti allergy stuff when it gets red, usin prop
