    Creating an Anabolic environment

    What is ment by this statment, how is it done before a cycle to get more gains than you would normally and does it really work ?

    You're in either an anabolic state or a catabolic state, anabolic muscles are getting the fuel and protein they need to repair and function. Catabolic state, your muscles aren't getting the fuel or protein to function, so what happens. The body needs fuel, it would be ideal if it would break down fat and use it to fuel the muscles. But since fat has 9 calories a gram, it's harder to brake down so the body finds an easier source, protein (your muscles). So as the word implicates, catabolic deriving from the word cannibal, the body starts eating itself and muscle is the easiest form of food.

    You can avoid this by eat and meal or snack every 2.5-3 hours, these have to have protein in them, for the anabolic state to repair those torn muscle fibers.

    A great trick to really accomplish some good results prior to starting a cycle is to use a lot of anti-estrogens 2 weeks prior to your cycle start. When you introduce the test to the body after those two weeks you will see a big difference in the gains you would put on otherwise.

    2 my understanding the person wanted to know about pre cycle dieting... Being in a catabolic state for a while to maximize the upcoming anabolic state.. Im not an expert on the matter so someone can explain it more but I think it might have something in it.. The idea is the same when after a diet a person stops the diet and gains a lot of weight with quite low cal diet. The bofy changes its hormonal environment (maybe other factors too) to be able to absorb as much as possible.. Now optimally this would all be aimed at muscle gain.

    some try to control the amount of calories taken in on the run up to a cycle so that just enough calories are taken to sustain the body and then when the cycle starts the caloric intake is drastically increased hopefully creating a rebound effect with protein and calorie utilisation therefore creating better gains

    Taking Anti E's...Crazy, iv never heard of this but i will give it ago 2 weeks prior to my cycle if it works, i have a bottle of mixed nolva and clomid, would i be ok to just take this ? I also have liquid clomid on its own and nolva tabs...

    I would like to diet down before my cycle then upp the cals really high nut my only worry is that my diet has been the hardest thing to sort out for me...I now eat everu 2.5/3 hours but it has taken me a long time to train my self to eat large amounts...Some people its not a problem but i was a really poor eater and complete ecto before i found bodybuilding and AAS...Im scared that if i diet for a few weelks before cycle, when i do start i may not be able to eat as much like before it will mess up my cycle...

    How long do people usualy diet for before they start there cycle and up the cals...Im going to dirty bulk this time with Test E, Dbol and Deca, and eat EVERYTHING in sight, then cut any excess BF in PCT with clen
