I lost weight by cutting out late night eating, no cokes, and excercise.
About 30-40 mins Treadmill and 15-25 mins Stationary Bike 4-5 times a week and you'll lose weight if your eating right.
Igifuno, who are you to tell me what is right and wrong i tell someone. He can knock that weight in no time, getting his eating right and training in check. If he works hard than he'll be ready for a cycle in no time.
Hey guys, this is a message board. Many different opinions. No doubt. I'm just giving mine. Naturally is great, but theres nothing like the juice at any age. You trying to say taking Steroids at 19 your test levels are so high you wont grow anymore than just training naturally????? Yeah ok....
