    What would be a good 1st cycle?

    What would be a good cycle for me, im 6"4 270lbs and 19. Ive been working out for 2 years, I wanna drop my body fat and gain more muscle. Is there any cycle that would have me there by june? I would like to be a very lean and cut 230-240, but still big not skinny.

    Yea man that is all about diet, cardio and workin ur ass off.. and plus ur only 19 u gotta wait a bit longer. but trust me if u watch ur diet and do cardio u'll burn it off.... Just keep in mind that fat is nothing more than stored energy for the body and the only way ur gonna use that energy is if the body has no other supply of energy to use and it needs it.. aka working out/cardio.. this is why i would always do cardio on an empty stomach

    damn dude your huge for 19... diet and excercise naturally for a couple more years bro. you'll get that advice every day of the week and twice on Sunday on this board. That advice is given for good reason... you're young, your body is still very transformable naturally, without drugs. what is your diet like and what is your bf%?

    So there is nothing that will help me blast off the fat faster? My friend told me Winstrol will get me really cut fast, is that true? I dont know my bf%.

    Dude you have like no base.. and ur too young to start on shit. It would prob just be a waste of money.. Maybe a dif of like 5 extra lbs if u do it right still not worth the money.. and steroids arent the only thing that makes it work.. if you are on real good roids and have a shitty diet ur just wastin ur money.. diet, cardio and weights.. all u need till u drop atleast 20lbs of body fat... ur def not gonna loose enough to get to ur goal on juice anyways... Maybe and this is a huge Maybe look into clen

    Post up your diet so we can have a look,OK?That's where the problem usually lies...we can tweak your diet and training so you won't have to resort to using any type of drugs.(which you don't need anyway)

    i'm interested to see it as well.

    right off the top though:

    1. drop your carb intake and increase your protein intake (with your weight and goals I would aim to consume around 3,000 cals/ed - nothing major for your size) Get your carbs from veggies and rice
    2. Avoid satuated fats like the plague.. get some good fats from fish, nuts, guacamole. Cut sugar out of your diet and try to eliminate dairy at least until you meet your goals... be careful not to deplete yourself of calcuim so perhaps get some fat free milk and/or calcuim and potassium supplements.
    3. Drink 2 gallons of water ed (minimum) and feed your body nutrients and vitamins (take a field trip to the Vitamin Shoppe or GNC and get multi-v's)
    4. Hit cardio 3-4X per week for 45 minutes (i would recommend continuing weight training during all this to maintain whatever mass you have)
    5. Set goals. Once you meet one.. set another. Tell yourself you will lose (you HAVE to lose) 5 lbs this week, stay focused, consistant, dedicated... find a routine, something that motivates you and use it to keep you going.

    6pm-fish and veg
    8pm-protein shake.

    45mins-1 hr of cardio a day, and I work out 5-6x's a week for 1 1/2-2 1/2 hrs

    i think you may be overworking yourself then. with that typle of regiment, you probably need to consume more food than you do, however, I don't believe it's the food you should increase, I believe its the workout time you should decrease. Your body needs a break - and it is likely holding onto fat due to the excessive excersise.. you're probably retaining the fat and buring your muscle. ask a trainer or a nutritionalist... or go ask docsust who typicall hangs around the fitness or rehab board..

    I would love to know what your BF% is. On that regime and diet the fat should be falling off you if you arnt cheating. And you are spending way too long in the gym bro .. 2 1/2 hours ? Fark I would need an ambulance to get home. If you are in there for more than an hour you are wasting your times. ost up your routiine and lets have a look at that.

    I'll give you one.

    Diet first. Point blank, your to much overweight. You need to be way leaner. And yeah i can say that because i lost about 108pds about 4 years ago. Lean down some and hit the treadmill, then..............Here's the cycle i'd start with:

    Deca 300mg Weekly, and Sustanon 500mg Weekly.

    Split shots twice a week. Eat good train hard, get alot of protein, and 15-20pds shouldnt be a problem your first time. I started when i was 19 also.

    Well I do 2 muscle groups on 1 day(chest/tris), for about 1-1/2 hrs. Then I hit the tredmill for 30-1hr, so thats why I said 2-2 1/2 hrs. Thanks every1 for all the great advice!

    Winstrol alone won't do you any good. In order to see results, you have to be lean.

    Great response!!!! I couldn't of said it better myself. As for the other guy who told him to do Sust and Deca at the age of 19, really should be a bit more responsbile when giving a 19 year old advice.

    I lost weight by cutting out late night eating, no cokes, and excercise.

    About 30-40 mins Treadmill and 15-25 mins Stationary Bike 4-5 times a week and you'll lose weight if your eating right.

    Igifuno, who are you to tell me what is right and wrong i tell someone. He can knock that weight in no time, getting his eating right and training in check. If he works hard than he'll be ready for a cycle in no time.

    Hey guys, this is a message board. Many different opinions. No doubt. I'm just giving mine. Naturally is great, but theres nothing like the juice at any age. You trying to say taking Steroids at 19 your test levels are so high you wont grow anymore than just training naturally????? Yeah ok....

    I cut to about 4.5%bf using only coffee (one strong mug after i got up) and glutamine. I don't think you really need ANY supplements to get lean. It's all about diet and training. If you have these down then cutting is not very difficult. It's mentally and physically taxing but then you get out of it what you put in.
    Ephedra, clen, otc fat burners. They will all work to some effect, but it will be of much more use to you to lean up on you're own without relying on any assistance so you can learn how to do it. Once you have acheived this then if you then in future want to aid you're progress you will be better able to judge what assistance is necessary.

    Firstly, TICKER TWO WORDS FOR YOU BABY...

    YOUR WRONG.

    Giving advice to a 19 year old, telling them to take Sust/Deca is irresponsable and daingerous. The AS may lead to some gains, yes. But could also lead to irreversable side effects too. Short and long term health issues could arise. Know what the endocrine system is? And how adminstering a synthetic hormone would effect it?

    Second, go do some more research. Its evident you've done little/none as your giving out the wrong advice.

Obviously someone who can give advice more consistant with sound principal, and someone who is looking out for people's health rather than shooting out non-scientific advice and telling them to take measures that are not relavant to what they stated their goals to be.     My question would be how long has this been your diet?
    Just speculating, but at 6'4'' 270lbs, it must be new.
    So assuming you have a good workout plan, stick to this and give it time work. I’d add some EFA’s due to the fat restriction. Be patient.
