    below 6:1

    Got a buddy potentially going to be piss tested, He is on prop, drinks over gallon of water a day, cardio everyday etc. How long should I tell him he should quit before the test. Did some research and figured 1-3 months but everyone I have talked to said it would be fine with that much water and exercise to be below 6:1 in a month. What do you think?

    If t/e ratio is over 4:1 yuor buddy will be tested positive. 6:1 is old limit. 4 weeks is super safe, even with these new irms test.
