Is there any difference where to inject to get better gains.I hear if you inject the arms they get a little bigger.Is there any validity to this?One more question, whne is the best time to workout after taking the gear.I hear 2 hours is good.Thanks.

spot injections dont work

depends on ur gear, if u have a long acting ester i dont think it matters but if u have somethin that "kicks" in than 2 hours would be good imo

idk why but to me i feel injecting shouldars makes my upper body feel bigger i know it might be in my head but i just feel that it makes my shouldars bigger

i feel that injections in certain areas can make the fascia around the muscle expand a bit, but nothing that i would call localized growth

Just cycle your injection sites. Thats all I can say, if you are running prop I would suggest injecting post workouts ED into the same muscle you jsut worked, that way it has a week to recover from the pain until you work it again.

Localized growth from inections is a bigger myth then the Easter Bunny. Switch up injection sites as often as possible, dont bother yourself with injecting in areas that you want growth in. That's what the gym is for.

The second question will depend on what type of gear but for the most part it makes no difference when you workout around injections........
