    about to order clen...

    im about to get some clen and taurine... ive never tried clen b4 but to try it... how much cardio do i need and will i b able to do cardio? i heard when u take it u cant run at all

    Well I dont run, I walk on an incline for 45mins first thing in the morning. Much better for preserving lean mass that way. You shouldn't have a problem.

    Of course you will be able to do cardio unless you are in a wheelchair or something. Doing cardio will amplify the results of clen , doing it without cardio will yield reslults but not to the same degree.

    yea ok i thought the guy talkn was kind of weak neway... and should i do cardio in the am rite when i wakeup b4 i eat? and then lift at nite?

    yes, and then have a pro/carb meal about 30mins after the cardio. Thats how I do it anyway. Yes, and then lift later that day.

    I do the same. Never run, my routine is usually 15 mins on the stairs and then 30 min brisk walk on the treadmill.

    And yes the best time for cardio is when you wake up, have some glutamine b4 you go maybe but thas it.

    I used to run, but i walk also, easier on joints amd get same results. burns fat just keeping THR.
