I appreciate everybodys opion, my diet is pretty good and of course could be better, the lenght of research is not long enough, i know that and i heard from all my friends that have been liftin for years that 300 a week is real low, they have also been tryin to educate me as much as possible and are gonna train with me a keep an eye on me, i could wait, but i hit a wall in my muscle gains, and its drivin my crazy, and yes everbody is right better safe than sorry, i really gotta think this out....
