First cycle ever, tommorrow !!!
Been researshin for about a month or so, picked up some test-cyp last week ( hope its real, blue white box with a kangroo on it, my worker thinks so he did it last Thur ) im startin of with a small amount 150 twice a week, 10 weeks, want to ease into this, im not lookin to get huge but i do want to see results, im 43 5/6 175 been workin out for a little over two years ...

I appreciate everybodys opion, my diet is pretty good and of course could be better, the lenght of research is not long enough, i know that and i heard from all my friends that have been liftin for years that 300 a week is real low, they have also been tryin to educate me as much as possible and are gonna train with me a keep an eye on me, i could wait, but i hit a wall in my muscle gains, and its drivin my crazy, and yes everbody is right better safe than sorry, i really gotta think this out....

I have been on other boards day and night, and yes i was told 250 twice a week with all the other stuff, but believe it or not nobody told me not to do it they just said its to low and im wastin my time and money,, and more than one person suggested cycles to run.. Thanks

I'd go 500mg/wk with the test and make sure to have yoour nolva and other pct stuff ready.
I'm on my first test-e cycle and LOVE it: I can barely get sore and my strenght is through the roof. I'm going to graph it in excel when I get a chance (total tonnage per workout)
No sides except for the occassional headaches.
Good Luck. Lots of good info here.
Make sure to eat and lift hard and Aspirate !

Thanks, i get people tellin me to do certain cycles, then i get people tellin me im to green and should research more, ive done so much research my heads gonna blow, i know you can never do enough reaserch, but before the internet what did people do ?? I would guess a lot of readin, im good to go but im hearin to many people say i should wait... thanks
