    First cycle ever, tommorrow !!!

    Been researshin for about a month or so, picked up some test-cyp last week ( hope its real, blue white box with a kangroo on it, my worker thinks so he did it last Thur ) im startin of with a small amount 150 twice a week, 10 weeks, want to ease into this, im not lookin to get huge but i do want to see results, im 43 5/6 175 been workin out for a little over two years ...

    Some people, me included think that is not long enough to gain a full comprehension of what you will be putting in your body, not even mentioning diet education.

    For me, I researched here for 18 months before I put anything in my body and I had already been lifting for 17 years, and making my diet better for a number of years.

    So 1 month seems a little too soon. The hospital remark may be overboard, but I think the intention was to say you are not fully aware of how to do this right.

Like said above, if you did your research you would have found 10000 threads that suggest a 500mg of a single ester steriod like Test e. From your first post, i got the impression you are rushing into your first cycle too fast. It's your body, good luck.

    I appreciate everybodys opion, my diet is pretty good and of course could be better, the lenght of research is not long enough, i know that and i heard from all my friends that have been liftin for years that 300 a week is real low, they have also been tryin to educate me as much as possible and are gonna train with me a keep an eye on me, i could wait, but i hit a wall in my muscle gains, and its drivin my crazy, and yes everbody is right better safe than sorry, i really gotta think this out....

    Good...don't start out of any pressure from your friends. Remeber your comment about, "hope it's real". I knew I had a good source and I was scared to death to inject that stuff deep into my muscle tissue. You need to be sure your stuff is real. There is a forum for that where you can post pictures and ask for feedback.

    You don't want to be going to the doc and trying to explain after one shot why you have an infection and need anti biotics.

    I have been on other boards day and night, and yes i was told 250 twice a week with all the other stuff, but believe it or not nobody told me not to do it they just said its to low and im wastin my time and money,, and more than one person suggested cycles to run.. Thanks

    Yeah im shittin in my pants, since last week, but my worker, has done a ton of cycles, and is on his third shot, and seems to be fine he said he would do it first and be the guinnie pig ( HOW NICE AND I GUESS STUPID OF HIM...BUT I DO PAY HIM )

    Post pictures of what you have anyway so you can get feedback from here. Even if it is legit people can tell you whether they think it is properly dosed or if they have seen any lab reports on it.

    Keep us posted. Here to help.

    I'd go 500mg/wk with the test and make sure to have yoour nolva and other pct stuff ready.

    I'm on my first test-e cycle and LOVE it: I can barely get sore and my strenght is through the roof. I'm going to graph it in excel when I get a chance (total tonnage per workout)
    No sides except for the occassional headaches.
    Good Luck. Lots of good info here.

    Make sure to eat and lift hard and Aspirate!

    Thanks, i get people tellin me to do certain cycles, then i get people tellin me im to green and should research more, ive done so much research my heads gonna blow, i know you can never do enough reaserch, but before the internet what did people do ?? I would guess a lot of readin, im good to go but im hearin to many people say i should wait... thanks

    Well you seem pretty educated, like evey one says research, but ive done plenty of reasearch , and that post was a great read and pushed me over the top, to much positive stuff for a guy my age !! SHIT YOU MAKE ME FEEL SO F*CKIN OLD !!!!! THANKS
