    shots

    can anyone give advice for giving shots in the butt how not to get so damn sore afterwards? is there anything you can do to take the soreness out

    Getting quality gear with low BA content and injecting slowly helps big time. A high gauge needle can help with slowing everything down too.

    what do you consider low ba content? say for test prop...100mg/ml % ?

    Run the barrel of the syringe under hot water to thin out the oil, with the cap on the needle of course. Then take a really hot shower and let the water run on the injection site.

    okay cuz i am very sore and have somewhat of a not but i do have a 20 gague syringe
