AI dosage for those sensitive to them

I was wondering , since I posted a while back about taking liquidex at .25mg/day along with nolva at 10mg/day and it giving me severe joint pains, whether I could somehow incorporate it back but at a lower dosage? Could I perhaps run it at .1-.25mg EOD, or even E3D+ to keep estrogen levels at least a little under control while still avoiding the joint problems? I ask because since I stopped I've definitely put on water and have started feeling a slight itch in one nipple or the other a few times (maybe 2-3 times) during the day. Now the itching may all be in my head since I don't really know how severe gyno related itching and sensitivity are, but I'm still getting slightly concerned.

Has the joint pain gone away completely?

If you're feeling a slight itch I'd do something about it. Impliment a small dose of the Liquidex and take it from there. Always listen to your body and you have been so far.............

The joint pain has decreased greatly. It isn't completely gone but it's to the point where my workouts aren't really hindered by them, and I'm no longer in agony for the few hours after. I agree with you on using a small dose of liquidex. I took .1mg yesterday, but I want to make sure to keep the pain away this time. I'd read that arimidex has a half-life of 5-7 days so I was thinking of dosing it EOD or even E3D to avoid the joint problems I was getting from .25mg ED.

Do it and keep us posted Edman. I'm glad that the pain went down after dropping it 1 of the 2.
