    Creatine Question

    Hey guys,

    I will be beginning my pct of nolva and clomid next wednesday. I came off of a cycle of test 500mg/wk and deca 300mg/wk. I was wondering if i could start taking creatine to maybe help with some of my strength and size losses that will be going on?

    Absolutley...you could also supplement some glutamine as well. Also....make sure you eat plenty of protein.

    agreed, its an excellent addition to pct well worth taking

    what about creatine during a cycle(test e,deca ,dbol )?

    during a cycle is a waste. how can you even see any strength gains if your on juice? you cant. save it for pct.

    Totally disagree. If creatine's helpful without juice, it's simply just as helpful, and probably more important for maximal gains with juice.

    Just simply reading up on the effects of creatine can prove this point.

    I hate that NO crap. (Tried that Expand shit from Dymatize) I can't sleep for hours and feel sick. I'm all hyper as if I had 20 cofees.
