1) does anyone think that a winny only cycle is a good idea...or is it just a bad idea all around?
Im 24. 5'11'' 210. Looking to get leaner and firmer. I am aware that my diet and cardio is the key to success. I dont know my bf% but i would consider myself more fat than muscular. I weight lift and do cardio 4-5 times a week. I have read that some people advacate a winny only cycle...but some do not...I have never done a cycle and I came across some winny. I also have clen.
2) should I run winny and clen together or use clen near the end of my cycle?
3) do i need to start the winny off slow and go up on dosages?
4) whats a good dosage? 1 cc to start and go up or stay at 1 cc the whole way?
