hey brothers
just finished my cycle yesterday and im going to start my pct today. I have my clomid/clen from ARR and am wondering about the dosages. The clomid is 35mg/ml and the clen is 200 mcg/ml. For the clomid i am going to take 200mg today, 100 for a week, then 50 for the remainder. The clen is what is confusing to me. Since it is oral do i just squirt it in my mouth? i know you have to ramp the clen but how many squirts do i start with? thanks guys any input would help me

anyone know about the clen from ARR? this shit confuses me

and also will it mess anything up if i take both about an hour before i work out everyday or should it be consumed upon waking up
