No expeience, 195lbs, 15% bf, Lifting reagualrly for 1 year on and of for about 4, high protien diet. Wanting bulk and strength. 22yo m.
Since you have no experience run it by itself. To be quite honest with you I'd like to see you longer in the gym then just the past year.
Why do you feel you need test? Are you at a platue?
