starting a cyp,tren,winny cycle...what to take for gyno

im currently taking 40mgs a day of nolvadex to try and combat some small gyno that i currently have...i notice it but no one else does....small lumps...anyways im startin the cycle below in about 5 weeks and wanted to know what to take with it so the gyno doesnt get any worse...stick with the nolva or switch to letro and if so how much and for how long...???

cypionate wks 1-12 1000mgs
tren wks 1-7 75-100mgs ed
winny wks 8-14 75mgs ed....please help me out guys!
