im 20 i have been working out for about a year i work out 4 to 5 times a week for about 2 hours a night i try to eat right and im on qv teston 200, i take 2 shots aweek on mon and thur 1cc per shot i got about 9 shots in me now

Yes Test is the way, thats what you are on now. You are using Test 200 now and you want to know what QV Teston 200 is like ?

Well you need to get more Test of some kind, if you dont have a source you are screwed. Do you have PCT available to you ? Do you know what PCT is ?

Man !!! PCT will restart your natural Test production which has stopped with the introduction of the synthetic Test. Exactly how much Test do you have left and how much have you been taking. You need to get Clomid and Nolvadex . Click on the words and it will take you to the place where you can buy them, they will restart your test production

Yes you start taking it about 14 days after your last shot. Finish off the Test you have left and do PCT, thats your only sensible choice.

Do not do Deca on its own. If you want to keep going you have to find more Test, simple as that , if you cant, dont just grab anything thats available, juice does not work like that bro. What else can your friend get if he can get Deca

Yes you are doing 400mg at the moment, so 2 CC's of th Testn 250 is 500mg per week so not a big deal. How long are you going to run the cycle for ? 12 weeks I hope. Then you need to do PCT.

No you take the PCT two weeks after you finish the twelve week cycle

everyone has been in your shoes. saying you don't know shit tells me you should research more. I was the same as you. However, i just jumped in and wasted my first couple of cycles because i didn't know shit. I still am not a juice guru but you need to set your cycle up. just my two cents. Good luck bud
