Hitting a Plateau...please help!!!! PLEASE READ
I am currently running my 3rd (real) cycle this what it looks like
Dbol @ 80mg/ED wk1-4
Test 250 @ 250mg/EOD wk1-13
EQ 200 @ 200mg/EOD wk1-13
Tren Acetate @ 75mg/EOD wk5-15
Test Prop @ 100mg/EOD wk14-15
Arimidex @ 1mg E3D
Nolva @ 20mg ED
L-Glutamine @ 20,000mg ED
L-Arginine @ 15,000mg ED
Pyruvate 1000 @ 2000mg ED
Multivitamin twice daily
I am currently in the 5th wk and have only gained about 5-10lbs depending on food consumption and time weighed.
My diet is clean as follows:
MEAL #1 - 12 eggs white
(4 Slices whole-wheat w/2 tbs. Lite Peanut butter)
-or- 2 Packets oatmeal
MEAL #2 - 100 Grams Pro Complex
6-8 frozen strawberries & 1-cup blueberries
½ Banana 1 scoop Cell Mass
MEAL #3 - 8oz. Chicken, Turkey, or Fish
2 cups whole-wheat pasta or 1 large sweet potato
1 serv. Green vegetable (1-2 cups)
MEAL #4 - 8oz. White meat or lean red meat
(pre workout) 1 ½ cup brown rice
2 veggies
MEAL #5 - 100 Grams Pro Complex
(post workout) 6-8 frozen strawberries & 1-cup blueberries
½ Banana 1 scoop Cell Mass
MEAL #6 - 12 egg whites or 8oz. Lean meat
1 ½ cup brown rice
2 cups mixed fruit
Hydration: 1 gallon + non-workout days
1 ½ gallon + workout days
My workout is as follows:
DAY 1 (Chest & Tris)
Flat Bench 4 x 8 - 14 (1 warm-up set)
Inclined Dumbbell 4 x 8 - 10
Seated Chest Flys 4 x 8 - 10
Tricep Push Down 4 x 8 - 10
Overhead Extensions 3 x 10
Dips 3 x 10 - 12
DAY 2 (Back & Bi's)
Front Lat Pull Down 6 x 8 - 10
Seated Flys 4 x 8 - 10
Reverse Bent Over Rows 3 x 8 - 10
Straight Bar Curls 4 x 8 - 10
Thigh Supported Single Arm Curls 4 x 8 - 10
DAY 3 (Quads and Calves)
Inclined Leg Press 4 x 8 - 10
Squats 4 x 8 - 10
Seated Extensions 4 x 8 - 10
Seated Calf Raises 4 x 10
Standing Calf Raises 4 x 8 - 10
DAY 4 (Shoulders & Hams)
Standing Side Raises 5 x 8 - 10
Overhead Bar Press 4 x 8 - 10
Single Side Laterals 4 x 8 - 10
Lying Leg Curls 4 x 8 -10
Stiff Leg Dead Lifts 4 x 8 - 10
Abs every other day
A month before my cycle this is where i was:

Height: 74in
Weight: 192lbs
Percent Body Fat: 9.7%
Fat Body Weight: 18.6lbs
Lean Body Weight: 173.4lbs
Basal Metabolic Rate: 2393 cal/day
Total Body Water: 56.6 liters
64.9% of body weight
71.9% of lean weight

Are You Bulking Or Cutting?
If Bulking Then Eat More As Everything Else Looks Good.
80mg Of Dbol Ed? Shit You Should Gain 1lb Ed With That Dose Bro.

I have all QV gear and I know for sure its legit........
And yeah that dose of Dbol was crazy.....but me going gaining that first 10lbs I know was from that high dose of Dbol....

Well this isnt the diet forum but i would change meal 3 and 5 I think it was and add some real calories in there,ditch the fruit,fruit isnt nothing but fructose.
you just need to eat more,simple as that...7-10 meals each day,every 2 hrs

How many cycles have you done in the past and in what time frame? When was your last cycle? How many calories are you consuming daily?
