    Nipple puffiness - not gyno

I have a little puffiness naturally around my nipple areas. I have never juiced before now- ad all I am doing is Anavar .
Ive had it since I was 12. Would a little Letro possibly help this?
My doctor told me it was not gyno years ago and told me I was too self conscious.

Also, what do you think about adding small doses of T3 to the anavar to speed up the fat loss with dieting? I know I'll have to increase clean calories considerable, right?

Again, for those who don't know me, my specs are 26 yo 245 lbs - 6'1" 18 % body fat (and yes, I had puffy nipples even when i ran track and was 9% bodyfat)

Dude, I have the exact same thing. I have had it since I was 12 or something. The only thing is, I got adolesent gyno when I hit puberty - my nipples hurt like a mofo. I am 29 yo 235 - 6'2" and 18% - I have not done any gear yet. Letro might help. Have you ever had your pituatary hormone levels checked? I think my puffiness is from elevated prolactin levels that my pituatary puts out. I have too much prolactin and low test levels. Just a thought.... Sorry I cannot help more. Hopefully someone can give more insight...

Will any improvement be permanent? Or will the puffyness return when the letro is stopped?

    Thanks,

hey man, im running letro now (with Test Cyp and EQ) and it seems to be working. The results are very small so far, but definantly noticable.

My dosage is .2ml on the oral syringe a day.

Letro will NOT cure your natural gyno. It may "help", but nothing will cure full gyno except surgery, and don't let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise.

I have heard this as well.. The letro can reduce the "swelling" in the area, but it does not remove the tissue....

I have also had this problem before I started taking steroids . My nipples had been puffy since I was about 12 or 13 and I went to the doctor and he said it was testosterone filled sacks in my nipples. Don't know how true this is but if I were to take letro can I take it during pct because I just came off of my cycle?

There is a small small chance I am wrong, but your doctor is a fvkin idiot. Tesosterone filled sacks? Tell him to go back to med school and or go be a vet.

In the small, small chance I am wrong, I retract this above statement.

You are not wrong...I bet the doc used that language to ensure that it was not damaging to the 13 yo he was talking to. If my doc had explained to me that the reason as was developing breasts was because my female hormones were too high I would have cried myself to sleep for 3 weeks. My doc used wording like "in this stage of puberty" and "high testosterone levels"...my guess is that his doc told him about the test sacs to soften the blow of what was happening.

    Hey bro,

How is the anavar working out for you so far? Are you noticing a big difference on body fat yet? Just curious. I'm thinking about it, but holy shit that's some expensive stuff.

I have had this same problem for the last few years MAXIMA.....I started researching Letro two weeks ago and I'm telling you from personal experience the stuff is awesome.....I know I'm carrying a little extra fat in the chest area right now, but Letro sucked up whatever water or whatever was making my nips puff out. I think the stuff is awesome, but I will say it's strong as hell, and if you research it, you should be careful. I'm using .5mg ED

How many pumps = how much? I know the T3 1 pump is supposed to = 20 mcg.

In simple terms, how much letro each day should I take on an non-aromatizing steroid , like Anavar ?

So basically my doctor lied, and should have checked my levels, instead of pushing me out the door when I was young and making me afraid to ever take my shirt off as a kid.

With lion's letro, its 10 pumps= 1mL.. You can do the rest of the math on your own. Its a great product though. I would recommend administering daily .75mgs. If you want to run it EOD then take 1.5 mgs EOD. Some suggest more, some less. But we all can agree to fact that letrozole is a very strong aromatise inhibitor, with the ability (in my case) to reverse aramatization. As someone mentioned, it doesn't have the ability to get rid of the tissue. In fact, its more effective than that. It passes through the membrane of the cells and sucks up all the fatty deposit (estrogen deposit) in the tissue. Some have experienced success not only with estrogen relate gyno but also exsisting progesterone related (puberty) gyno. Good luck bro and remember to DO YOUR RESEARCH (not trying to offend, just a friendly reminder to all of us, including myself)

I have talked to alot of people with natural gyno, and they all have pretty much told me the same, "Doc says it testosterone " i assume this is to soothe the patients mentality. Its not like a doc would come up and call them b!tch tits

No, it wouldn't have mattered if he checked your levels. The only treatment is surgery. If I understand the previous posts correctly, the doc was trying to give you something to be proud of in your gyno....your "testosterone ". I guess it helps little kids.

Yeah, I understand, but I don;t pay a doctor for a pat on the back, I pay him to solve my medical/cosmetic issues so I can take my shirt off in public.

In adolecent gyno it IS testosterone . The test levels of a guy at this stage shoot through the roof. Aromatization occurs, and gyno develops. It is surprizingly common. I think MAXIMA5's doc was trying to soften the blow. When I saw my doc at age 13 I remember him talking to me about testosterone and then using the word gynocomastia when talking to my mom. They are not going to call them tits to a kid at this age...you could never cope. On that note, I agree with MAXIMA and I never took my shirt off either...

I couldn't agree more. The only thing is, when I was 13, i can understand what he did, but I went back when I was 18 or 20 or so and he said not to worry about it and I was too vein and self conscious.

Again, I have had the same problem. I think it is crap. I understand that when I was a kid he wanted to soften the blow, but to deny it at a more mature age is ridiculous. I had both my doctor and a specialist sort of brush off my complaint about it as if I need to lose more weight or something. Like you said though, you were 9% and it was still like that...

I have heard that if you go to a doc that specializes in these types of complaints, they can help you...but it involves surgery.

OH man i understand guys. Puffy nipples coupled with being a fat kid for a couple years, I swear I didn't go near a lake, pool, ocean for YEARS. OH, and couple that with one hell of a puberty mass gain (fat and muscle) and you get stetchmarks, deep purple stretchmarks on a pale white, tannless body. Wow, childhood summers really blew.
