Cycle Advice?
Hello fellow lifters.
I'm here wondering about what I can do for a good 12 week cycle run.
Everyone knows about the 12 week Test E + first 4 week dbol .
I'm wondering what I can throw in for weeks 6-12 or 8-12 perhaps.
Maybe some M1T weeks 8-12, or Superdrol? Would Winstrol be good here? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

Is this your first cycle? How would anyone know what to suggest with the tiny bit of info you provided?

Just dump the Dbol and use the SD instead.

No its not my first cycle. Sorry I probably should have put more information in there.
All my cycles thus far (two) have been:
Weeks 1-12 Test E (250mg x 2 a week = 500mg a week)
Weeks 1-4 40mg Naposim
Just trying to mix it up, because I noticed the second time around it didnt work as well as the first and diet and rest were on par with the first.

I did PCT both times btw and managed to keep I'd say about 70% of the gains.

I got tested electronically so it may be off, wasnt water test or anything. But I have very fast metabolism and play alot of sports. After last cycle I ran Clen for two weeks as well while cutting back on calories. Anyways, anything I can take week 8-12 to keep gains going, I'm hesitant to do Anadrol .

If your goal is to bulk then try eating more calories before jumping on cycle. 185 at 6' is skinny. You need to eat excessive calories if you are extremely active in sports to compensate for the calories burned.
What is your goal from a cycle?

My past cycles were just DBOL (4 weeks) and Test E (12 weeks @ 500mg a week).
Currently I eat around 4000 calories a day and it is forcing some food as well.
I eat on average about 300 grams of protein a day from various sources starting at about 8AM.
I think I'll throw in some Winstrol at the end, but also I think I'm going to throw in naps.
Also I'm not really skinny, I am muscular, but just not much fat on me. My traps and biceps are my muscles that I am most proud of.
