I am starting 1st cycle of test cyp, 350 mg a week for 12 weeks
35yrs old, 5 9 185lbs
should i start at 350 and do 350 each week once a week for all 12 weeks or break it into 2 shots a week , or start at a lower dose in first two weeks build up then back down at end, any input will help.
Also at this lower dose do you think there is any need for nolvadex, clomid, ect..

Dont start at a lower dose and work your way up. Pick a dose and stick with it for the duration of the 12 weeks.
350mgs is fine and split it up into to shots. What is your Cyp dosed at? If it's like most and 200mg/mL then I'd recommend 1cc every monday and thursday.
You will definitely need PCT which can be Clomid or nolvadex even both. The choice is up to you.
I would bup the dose to 400mg and yes split it 2x a week.

heard people say to do novadex 10 days after cycle ends others say do it from the start any thoughts on that
nolva will help a little with water retention and also it can prevent gyno when ran during a cycle. thats just up to you. usually ran at 10mg ed during cycle.
anything else good to take for less water retention, other then drinking lots of water,avoiding excess sodium, also picked up propecia to help with hair loss (anything bad with taking that while on cyp)
