Help for pct...please

Hi guys!

I am starting a bulking cycle next week ! This is my third cycle!

1-10 sust. 500 mg/ Week
1-6 dianabol 30 mg/ week

I only have nolva for pct is that enough ? I am going to start my pct 21 days after my last sust shot but i don´t know how much nolva i should take...need some help ?

I think i am gone start with 40 mg nolva for first four days then drop down to 20 mg / day for the rest of the three weeks...is that good ?

Alot of guys prefer to run just Nolvadex at PCT.I've had great success running it as well.I was never a fan of clomid.

your plan sounds pretty good...but it would help to throw in some l-dex as well

I use HCG/Nolva/Proviron and have recovered well from that.
