Nolvadex?

Hey guys I have heard some bad hype following nolvadex lately, and was wondering if their was any truth to it. This concerns me because i rely on nolva to prevent gyno throughout my cycle. Just wondering if i should use something else or ingnore the hype

nolva will prevent gyno during the time u take it but when u stop the gyno appears. nolva only blocks the receptors but the estrogen is still in the blood u need something to clear the estrogen from the blood.

I've read in MD a few times that nolva can lower GH i used it anyway but i have read it nonetheless

is the hype that it takes away from your gains? ie water weight from test or dbol type of compounds? if so, you're probably better off without it.

keep the estrogen low and you will prevent a lot of sides, and recovered better and faster

i dont think so bro. estrogen has a short half life and will not stay in your blood forever.

I deleted all my emails, but I have recieved about 3 different emails from other boards stating how novadex is way outdated and to use liquidex or Letro. I will save the next email I get on it. Most recent one was from Meso's board.
