on week 10 of my first cycle

    I did
    week 1-4 d-bol 30 mg d
    1-9 deca 275 ml w
    1-12 test e 500 ml

i started out at 198 lbs and am at 197 now. The hightest i was up to was 205
I don't notice a difference in the way i look either. I stareted eating right, cutting out the fast food, working out 3 times a week. My streath has increased. I can bench 100lbs dumbells now like 4 times. When i started out I couldn't get up the 70 lbs ones. I wanted to gain like 10-15 lbs of muscle but i see it isn't going to happen. Any suggestions here.

you should of definately packed on some size with that cycle. Must be something with your diet or your training, unless your gear is all fake which would truly suck. You should of tried to get up to the gym a little more then 3 times a week, atleast 4 times a week if not 5 times a week. i would post your routine in the proper forum and also get your diet checked out, because theirs no way you should of lost a pound and noticed no visible changes to the way you look.

bad decision you don't need steroids and with that bf you should have cut up first before starting a cycle.

If its any consolation I am in the same boat as you. Im on week 10 of my cycle. I did 2 shots of test a week and 4 weeks of dbol and so far im about 12-14lbs heaveier than I started. My strength gains have been very good and some say I look leaner. However I am disapointed. Ive gained no where near what I wanted to. dbol gave me most of my gains and the gains off test have been somewhat minimal........only a few lbs. My diet could have been better but I was still eating alot, like 4000 cals a day.

I am going to learn from this experience and kick myself up the ass for next time.

    Yeah, I agree.

Is the source a trusted one? Did you get it verified before exchanging any amount of money?

I find it difficult to believe that Dbol /Test/Deca didnt yield any weight gain.

if he has had strength gains though.. sounds like not enough food and / or not good gear. If ur BF has gone down a lot maybe u just did a cutter w/o knowing.. =)

How many cals per day have you been eating? Should be between 4000-5000. Deca doesn't do much without caloric surplus, but Sh#t the dbol and test should have put at least 10lbs on you even if it was water.

You actually lost a Lb. since you started? The strength increase could just be from training harder and cutting junk out of your diet.

GET YOUR MONEY BACK! or at least don't order from the same person again.

I just looked in the diet forums and asked some recommendations.

For a 220lb guy they recommended about 3500 calories.

4000-5000? That sounds a bit excessive no?

Let me know if I'm wrong, this is just what the guys in the diet forum recommended.
