    Starting Clen with 27% Bodyfat? Questions

    Im thinking about getting Lions Clen and giving it a try.
    Im 35 years old. 6'4---275 lbs.
    Been training on and off for 15 years.
    Bodyfat test shows im at 27%[waaaayyy too fat]
    Never used any form of AAS or Clen.
    I wanna strip down some bodyfat so I can start my first cycle of Cyp.
    Question: Is my fat % too high to start Clen?
    I have read a ton of info here on it so I have questions.
    Fyi--I dont intend on doing a massive ammount of it.

    It doesnt work that well, especially lions

    I was running 240mcg and saw zero results. You can try it though

    You are setting yourself up for heart problems. Your heart is all ready working too hard. Diet and exercise down to heathly weight first. You must learn how to eat first, w/o a tight diet, this will be at the very least a waste of money.

    Diet and Cardio on an empty stomach in the AM is what you need. Not any AS or Clen .

    Clen can and will help but if you're at 27% there has to be more factors that are working against you. How is the diet and training going?

    No sense taking Clen if the basics arent covered...........

    if your cardiovascular system is ok IMO u can still run clen even with a pretty high BF. How is your BP and do u do cardio?

    clen didnt do much of anything for me and i had a strict diet with cardio every morning except legs for 45 minutes. fat didnt melt off like i expected to, didnt see any diff results from doing it naturally.

    Man...since Ive been comming to this website---I keep getting shot down. Im glad too.
    My original plan was to jump right into my Deca / Cyp cycle.
    Not a good move for a first cycle. Glad I learned that!
    In answer to your other questions--
    my cardio is almost non-existant.
    Tomorrow Im gonna start a 30 day plan to drop 12lbs.
    Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
    I really thought that Clen would help.

    The older we get-the harder it is to shed BF%,our bodies are designed for survival,hence, Darwin`s evolution ideology.So it will be challenging at your age,but it can be done,and take your time on it.I would plan a 6 month diet and cardio schedule with clen and T3.

    i just started taking lions clen 3 days ago and i feel it working...hands shake like a motha f'er but it's worth it...I can already see results,

    I'm using lion's clen at 80 mcg and it is working for sure (I made a mistake the first day and took 200 mcg at once, I thought I would die, I was shaking and my heart was beating like crazy the whole day)!

    Before i did any kind of stimulants or very strenous cardio workout i would go see my MD and have a cardic workup done, just to be on the safe side.
