clen w/ anavar

hey if im going to do clen and var for a six week cycle. running 40 mgs of var everyday. how do u take them with or before food. and should they be sparated in some time frame

how much clen ? I always space out clen and var if possible...you could do 20mg var in the morning and 20 more midday. With clen it will differ because you should be ramping it up and down so daily dose changes throughout the cycle. Try and space it evenly throughout the day.

I never took clen past 2p, just to sleep better (though I never really had a prob with it).

Var has a 6-8hr half life (I think), so split it up throughout the day. what dose of var do you have? you could do something like 10mg am, 10mg noon, 10mg later afternoon, 10mg before bed.
